The provision of the TdA Portal Service is limited to the duration of the connection to the TdA Portal. When providing personal details upon requesting the services offered through this TdA Portal or sending such information by any other means, the users must state that they fully and unreservedly accept the incorporation of the details provided into TdA’s files and their automated treatment, in the terms stipulated in this document.
TdA will treat the data as confidential, for the purposes of providing a service to some of its customers or to the User, and establish the communications necessary to engage in TdA's business.

TdA will not collect unnecessary information about its users and will treat all personal information provided with extreme diligence, complying at all times with its obligation to maintain secrecy regarding the data provided by users.

TdA reserves the right to modify its personal data treatment and security policy at any time, always complying with current data protection legislation and informing the interested parties beforehand, either through publication on this page and anywhere else on the TdA Portal, or by any other means of communication or dissemination deemed appropriate.
